God of surprises, break through the life of Grace Church and its people. Reveal to us new ways we can be faithful and fruitful, moving into the future you have in store.
CHOIR REHEARSAL
Come to choir rehearsal tonight, Wednesday, December 17, at 6:30 p.m. in the Ladies’ Parlor. Sunday is predicted to be sunny and above freezing, so we’ll be able to sing for the Stories and Songs worship service. “Songs” is right there in the title, so we need singers! There will also be a rehearsal for all singers and storytellers on Saturday, December 20, at 10:00 a.m. See you tonight (and Saturday)!
WOMEN’S LUNCH
We promise that Thursday’s weather will be warmer! So, ladies, please join us for lunch tomorrow, Thursday, December 18, at 11:00 a.m. at George’s Family Restaurant, 5216 N. Dixie Dr. Laughter and love, along with coffee, will keep us warm!
STAFF LOVE GIFT
In the midst of this busy, busy season of preparation, please remember to show our staff how much we love and appreciate all they do for us, mostly behind the scenes! They keep the building presentable and keep us safe. They are often our first contact with the public. They have our backs in every way! Sunday, December 21, is the deadline for making your contribution to the Staff Love Gift for 2025. Please make checks payable to Grace UMC, with “staff love gift” in the memo line, and place them in the offering plate on Sunday. Thank you for your generosity!
