Becoming Rooted: Reconnecting with Sacred Earth is the subject of the next Elements of Nature retreat on Saturday, November 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It will be at Rev. Carla Stengel’s home, 3501 U.S. Rt. 68 South, in Xenia.
In a world that pulls us away from our own natural rhythms, you are invited to unplug, slow down, listen to your inner voice, and allow the wisdom of the Earth to guide you to reconnect with the land and tap into the sacred within yourself. This contemplative day will include guided reflection, meditation, movement, readings, conversation, and creative and grounding experiences, with plenty of personal and unstructured time to give space to explore your own inspiration. Gift yourself this day as a way to bring healing to yourself and the Earth.
