Holy Thursday, or Maundy Thursday, is a time to observe the Last Supper, the last time Jesus was with his disciples before he was crucified. We have invited the congregation of Fairview United Methodist Church to join us for this worship service. It will be on Thursday, April 17, in the Parlor at 7:00 p.m. There are accessible entries to this room downstairs, including the elevator and the entrance from the circle drive off Harvard Blvd.
The service will begin with a simple meal of soup and bread. Fairview will provide the bread, and Grace will provide the soup. Therefore, if you are able, please bring a pot of soup to share! Following the meal, there will be Holy Communion, and worship will conclude with a dramatic presentation of “The Women of Holy Week”. After all, why should the men get all the attention? Join us for this unique occasion of food, fellowship, worship, and drama!
