Yesterday celebrated the last Sunday of Advent in a stunning way! Stories and Songs was a wonderful blend of instrumental music, singing, and storytelling by many people and from many traditions. During the postlude, members of the congregation helped to bring poinsettias into the Sanctuary to prepare for Christmas Eve. The whole service was moving and inspirational. Following the service, we fulfilled our “Christian duty” to buy cookies and other goodies to support the mission of the United Women in Faith.
